General Refund Guidelines

At nuviraquelos, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our financial education programs. Refund eligibility depends on several factors including course type, completion status, and timing of your request.

All refund requests must be submitted through our official channels within the specified timeframes outlined below.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering your specific situation and our educational commitment to Canadian learners seeking comprehensive business finance knowledge.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

Course refunds are available under specific conditions and timeframes. For self-paced learning modules, you have 14 days from purchase date to request a full refund, provided less than 25% of the content has been accessed.

For instructor-led programs and workshops scheduled for fall 2025 or later, cancellations must occur at least 7 days before the first session. After this period, partial refunds may be considered based on individual circumstances.

Refund Process & Documentation

To request a refund, contact our support team at info@nuviraquelos.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request. Include your full name, course title, purchase date, and any relevant circumstances affecting your ability to complete the program.

Our team typically reviews refund requests within 3-5 business days. You'll receive email confirmation once your request has been processed. We may request additional information or documentation depending on the specific circumstances of your request.

Processing times: Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. Medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life changes may warrant special consideration beyond our standard refund timeframes. Such requests require appropriate documentation and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Technical issues preventing course access will not count against your refund eligibility period. If you experience persistent technical difficulties, contact our support team immediately to document the issue and explore resolution options.

For corporate enrollments or group purchases, different terms may apply. Please refer to your specific agreement or contact our business development team for clarification on bulk purchase refund policies.

Non-Refundable Items & Final Notes

Certain items are non-refundable including: completed courses where certificates have been issued, promotional pricing enrollments after the promotional period ends, and downloadable resources that have been accessed or downloaded.

This policy applies to all nuviraquelos educational offerings and supersedes any previous refund policies. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to enrolled students. Changes will not affect existing enrollments purchased under previous policy versions.
